Ultrasonographic and magnetic resonance imaging findings of a large asymptomatic retroperitoneal pelvic leiomyoma

A large, asymptomatic retroperitoneal leiomyoma, originating at the level of the pelvic floor and occupying the entire pelvis, was noted during routine gynecologic examination. Ultrasonographic and magnetic resonance imaging findings of this unusual tumor are discussed
