  • Abstract
    The reactions of CyPHM (M = Li, Na) with As(NMe2)3 in the presence of various Lewis-base donor ligands leads to the formation of five-membered, heterocyclic [(CyP)4As]– anions. The syntheses and structures of the new complexes [(CyP)4AsLi·TMEDA·thf](1), [(CyP)4AsNa·TMEDA](2)(TMEDA = Me2NCH2CH2NMe2) and [(CyP)4AsLi(HNMe2)3](3) are reported.
