Photoclinic Diagnosis: Right Pulmonary Hypoplasia with Bronchoesophageal Fistula

Athree-month-old infant was admitted to a general hospital due to respiratory problems such as cough, wheezing, and tachypnea. He was referred to our center because of no amelioration with abnormal findings in his chest radiograph. He had a history of dry cough since two months ago. He was born at term, weighing 2.7 kg via cesarean section because of polyhydramnios,which had been noted during pregnancy. His mother was a 30-year-old woman with a history of two previous abortions.
