  • Abstract
    ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture and organizational structure of the general office of Sport and Youth of Mazandaran Province. The research is descriptive and correlation study. The employees of the general office of Sport and Youth of Mazandaran Province (N=80) were selected the samples of this study. For data collection purposes, the reliable tests of organizational culture (Robbins, 2002) and organizational structure Are (Robbins, 1987) questionnaires were used. The results show that there is no significant relationship between organizational culture with the organizational structure and its Subsets. Only, there is significant relationship between organizational culture and with the formalization. Organizational structures do not exist in a vacuum, but rather their effect on patient safety outcomes is "moderated" by the organizational culture. The implications are that directors of the general office of Sport and Youth of Mazandaran Province have alternate ways to prevent or reduce errors and that they should be attentive to the cultures of their practices when considering those options.
