Abstract
ABSTRACT: Considering the importance of recognizing and coping with biotic and abiotic stresses to achieve maximum use of existing resources and the effect of salinity on early seedling establishment of wheat, experimental, in order to effect of salinity on germination stage, an experiment was conducted as factorial on the basis of completely randomized design with three replications, in agriculture research center of Ilam. Experimental treatment including: cultivar (Hyola308, Hyola401 and Sarigol) and salinity (check, 3, 6, 9 and 12 ds/m). Studies traits including: germination percentage, primary root length and primary shoot length were measured. Result showed that studies traits had significant by salinity. The highest and lowest germination percentage, primary root length and primary shoot length obtained check treatment and 12 ds/m respectively.
