  • Abstract
    The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects of privatization on employee job satisfaction in Iran. The method of this paper is according to collect data by questionnaire of 74 employees of Amir Kabir Petrochemical Company in Iran. Statistical method used in this research is Inferential statistics and usage of SPSS and EVIEWS as software by statistical tests. The results show that many Respondents have had more job satisfaction after privatization. The selected factors; such as privatization on Employee responsibility, job security, mental stress, participation percentage and job commitment, have had considerable impact on job satisfaction.
