Evaluation Performance of Supervisors Rice in Increase of Farmers Knowledge (Case Study: Astaneh Ashrafiyeh)

The overall objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of rice Supervisors adopt innovations and soil conservation in agriculture. The research method was descriptive correlational. The population consisted of farmers plan to cover rice production in crop year 2012, in the Astaneh Ashrafiyeh city. Among the total of 145 patients stratified sampling method was used as the sample. Finally, 120 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. And content validity of the questionnaire business experts and professors and experts Engineering Agricultural Education and natural resources were reviewed and necessary amendments. Results showed that observers adopt soil conservation technologies in rice and accepted by the majority of farmers. Analyze the relationship between technology adoption and higher average rice production plans that cover Farmers covered with rice and counseling them to accept observers, the relationship is positive and significant.
