Survey of the Natural Resources Transfer goals in Guilin Province

ABSTRACT: Nearly three decades of law enforcement ratified granting national lands to applicants or entities to establish and operate manufacturing plants and service goes. This study was designed to assess the goals of the executive order transfers Gilan Province and the economic and social effects of the predicted primary goals are accomplished. Population of about 140 assignments in the form of articles 31 and 32 during the period (1380 -1370) From among these, 90 has been transferred directly examined. The results of this study show that The handover took place at increasing incomes and improving living standards of beneficiaries was effective.
