Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the semisimplicity of adjacency algebras of association schemes over positive characteristic fields. Our main result is that the Frame number characterizes semisimplicity of an adjacency algebra. In a sense, this is a generalization of Maschkeʹs theorem.
