Non-normal image-Affine Varieties with Injective Normalization Original Research Article

Suppose that image is a Cohen-Macaulay monomial variety with injective normalisation the weighted projective space imagerk(m, 1, . . . , 1) for m ≥ 1. Then image(image) image image(imagerk(m, 1, . . . , 1)) if and only if image is image-affine if and only if Hr(image, imageimage) = 0. We also show that such varieties exist (for r ≥ 2) and give a combinatorial condition which precisely specifies them.
