Every *-Module Is Finitely Generated Original Research Article

We solve one of the main problems of the theory of representable equivalences of module categories: we prove that every *-module over an arbitrary associative ring R with unit is finitely generated. Consequently, we obtain the equality of the classes of all *-modules and all quasi-progenerators provided that R is commutative.
