On the Structure of the Set of Bifurcation Points for Ordinary Differential Equations

The purpose of this paper is to give a local description of the set of bifurcation points of ordinary differential equations for two-dimensional parameter space. In particular, using the Brouwer topological degree we determine the number of branches of bifurcation points in explicitly given sectors of a plane.
