Deposition rates of particulate matter in the internal environment of two London museums

The internal particulate deposition rates have been determined for two London museums over a period of 1 yr using glass deposition gauges. Consideration has been given to errors arising from transportation of samples, multiple reading as well as instrumental and operator errors. The accumulation of particles over a 10 week period and the internal distribution with respect to seasons are reported.
