  • Abstract
    (±)-Acetomycin and related analogs were synthesized and evaluated for their cytotoxic activity against B16 mouse melanoma cells, DA-3 mouse mammary adenocarcinoma cells, HT-29 human breast adenocarcinoma cells and MCF7-WT human colon adenocarcinoma cells. Blood stability assays were also perfomed on some of these products.
