Abstract
4-Acylaminopyridine derivatives were synthesized and found to have high affinity choline uptake improvement activity. Optimum activity was obtained when the n-propylcarbonyl group was introduced as the acyl moiety. A series of 2-oxo-1-pyrrolidineacetyl substituted derivatives also showed activity.
