Abstract
Streta IT Solutions, is the leading offshore software product and project development company and they are one of the leaders in providing complete IT solutions in India. They are expert in offshore outsourcing, IT outsourcing and onshore development. Started in 2005, streta IT solutions with all the hard work have now spread their wings and they have branches in Texas (USA), Chennai and Hyderabad. The information was collected through questionnaire and reported from the company. The data collected through the questionnaire were classified and tabulated. They were analyzed with the help of statistical tools and findings and suggestion have been given. There has been greater utility in estimating the effectiveness of training and development program conducted in Streta IT solutions Private Limited.
