How to retain and “magnetize” registered nurses

Registered nurses (RNs) have a terrific and rewarding job; it is their responsibility to ensure the safety, quality, comfort, stability, and satisfaction of patients who are in an unfamiliar environment, away from loved ones and the pleasures of home. However, it becomes difficult to provide nursing care if the nurses themselves feel their job is not rewarded and do not feel comfortable and motivated in their working environment.
