Just breathe! The critical importance of maintaining a work-life balance

We live in a time when many leaders pay lip service to the concept of work-life balance. We hear leaders preach the virtue of maintaining a decent life outside of the workplace; “It will help you be more productive while you are at work,” we hear our colleagues say. But how many of them really mean it? How many of us as leaders truly model the behaviors and attitude that are needed to create a balance between our business and personal lives?
