An inverse eigenvalue problem for symmetric and normal matrices Original Research Article

Some new sufficient conditions are found for n real numbers to be the spectrum of some n × n symmetric nonnegative matrix, and for n complex numbers to be the spectrum of some n × n normal nonnegative matrix.
