Positive definite Hankel matrices of minimal condition

Real positive definite Hankel matrices Hn have spectral condition numbers which are exponentially increasing with n. This paper attempts to characterize those matrices in this class which are minimally conditioned, and to describe some of their properties. We also compute explicitly for n 16.
