Abstract
We prove that for f ∈ Lp[−1, 1], 0 < p < 1 the modulus of smoothness τk(f, Δn)p,p introduced by Ivanov and Ditzian-Totik modulus of smoothness ωkφ(f, n−1)p are equivalent.
