Abstract
In this paper, we investigate global stabilization of nonsmooth systems. The aim is to provide sufficient condition, based on standard derivative, for feedback stabilization of nonsmooth systems by means of a feedback of class Cr(r⩾1). The main result is a generalization of a result, concerning smooth systems (see for instance (J. Control Optimization 32 (1994) 358.)), to systems that are only continuous and locally Lipschitz.
