Abstract
We propose a novel method to obtain averaged interface curvature of complex fluids from their scattered intensity without reference to any specific models. The averaged interface curvature of binary mixtures undergoing spinodal decomposition can be obtained with this method. It was found that the scaling postulate is valid for the time changes in the averaged interface curvature of a polymer blend and that the phase-separated structures affected by the strain effect have more curved surface than that affected by hydrodynamic interactions.
