Management in Islam: Study on Managerial Aspects and Characteristics in Islamic Management

Generally management is one of most difficult and yet the most delicate work of human being which has some especial characteristics. Maybe lack of one of these characteristics causes to recession in work and unorganized states in management. An incompetence person regards management as a plain work and supposes that holding a management degree is enough, and in perspective of such a group, everywhere you will find plenty of suitable managers. In fact, regarding to management expertʹs point of view, the reality is something else. Qualified and effective manager is less than what is supposed to be and the secret is that some of the management characteristics are endowment which creation bestowed on human character and never be instructed by training courses and study.
