Adaptivity and wrinkle indication in sheet metal-forming Original Research Article

Procedures for wrinkle indication and r-adapted mesh-updating (presented in two previous papers [1,2]) are applied to several sheet metal-forming problems using an incremental static analysis approach. In particular, the paper demonstrates the versatility of combining these procedures to capture the onset and growth of wrinkles more accurately.
