Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present a simulation of sheet cutting problems using the large time increment method coupled with the dynamic regularization method. The aim of this study is to take advantage of inertia effects to overcome convergence problems due to the strong non-linearities of numerical modelling. To deal with the large time increment method, the dynamic modelling developed in this paper consider the displacements and the inertia forces as dual variables.
