Semiconductor Superlattices

A brief review of semiconductor superlattices is presented their definition, basics of theory, types of materials and methods used for their preparation, the most important and unusual electrical and optical properties, which have already found their practical applications. In the last chapter, preliminary results of the studies on superlattices prepared from carbon–germanium films are shown
