Abstract
This reminiscence recalls the environment in which LEO came to be built, the personalities involved, the major problems that were encountered, and the circumstances that led to the disappearance of the brand at the time when it was achieving its greatest successes. From first to last, LEOʹs active life span was only 20 years.
