Abstract
The exact value of the smallest quantum gravity inverse coupling “constant” is determined and found to be equal to ten copies of the exact expectation value of space-time, in the nonsupersymmetric case. That means ten copies of the Hausdorff dimension of a four-dimensional Cantor set where k=φ3(1−φ3)=0.18033989. In the supersymmetric case, the smallest value is given by ten copies of the Hausdorff dimension of a three-dimensional Cantor set where , and the corresponding electromagnetic fine structure constant is .
