Abstract
In this paper, the Exp-function method is used to obtain generalized solitonary solutions
and periodic solutions of the Generalized Zakharov system and (2 + 1)-dimensional Nizhnik–
Novikov–Veselov system. It is shown that the Exp-function method, with the help of
symbolic computation, provides a powerful mathematical tool for solving nonlinear evolution
equations in mathematical physics.
