Abstract
We study the vector and axial vector form factors in the heavy to light transitions in charmed baryons decays using HQET. We calculate the 1mc corrections to the form factors and show that these corrections can be significant. The inclusion of the 1mc corrections increases the number of form factors from the original number of six to eight; HQET analysis does not have sufficient predictive power to be interesting phenomenologically. We make some reasonable assumptions about these form factors, and we are able to express the orginal six form factors in terms of only two form factors. We then consider applications to semi-leptonic and hadronic decays of charmed baryons.
