Abstract
Using 15.1 pb−1 of data collected by CMD-2 in the φ-meson energy range, the branching ratio of the conversion decay φ→π0e+e− has been measured for the first time: B(φ→π0e+e−)=(1.22±0.34±0.21)×10−5.
