Abstract
A computer simulation investigation on the use of resampling for the construction of confidence bounds on signal-to-noise ratios is presented. The resampling technique employed is bootstrapping. Results indicate accurate confidence bounds may be constructed for the most common signal-to-noise ratio provided an adequate sample size is employed.
