Abstract
Consider the retarded Li´enard equation x0 qf x.x9qg x tyh..s0, where
f, g: RªR are continuous and hG0. Using Liapunov’s direct method, we give
necessary and sufficient conditions to ensure boundedness and oscillation of all
solutions and their derivatives
