The Corona Theorem and the Canonical Factorization of Triangular AP Matrix Functions}Effective Criteria and Explicit Formulas*

Using results of the companion paper, the authors obtain effective criteria for the existence of canonical factorization for new classes of triangular almost periodic matrix functions of the form fe iljj. ey0ilj . The important role in the proof of necessity in these criteria is played by a result on the stability of canonical AP factorizability obtained in the present paper.
