Abstract
In this article, by applying the coincidence degree theory and constructing a suitable Lyapunov functional,
the authors study a kind of neutral functional differential system with delays. Some sufficient conditions,
which guarantee the existence, uniqueness and global attractivity of periodic solution for this system, are
obtained.
