Approximating Szász and Gamma Operators by Baskakov Operators

It is known that both Szász and gamma operators are limits, in an appropriate sense, of Baskakov operators. In this paper, we obtain rates of convergence for these approximations. We also show that convergences are monotonic, if the involved function is convex.
