Study of job satisfaction of the veteran athletics in the golestan province

ABSTRACT:The aim of this study was to investigate thy job satisfaction of veteran athletes of golestan province.Statisticalsocieties were veteran of province that among them 381 cases were selected to relative stratified sampling and they were participated in research. Tool gat her questionnaire of job satisfaction data. In descriptive statistics was using dispersion distribution consisting of frequency, percentage, cumulative percentage everyone variables also mean standard deviation together with required diagrams for analysis data and in analyses statistic using the spearman correlation test for determine the correlation rate between variables. The results showed, there are direct end strong relation between the improvement and sport with job satisfaction rate of veteran.
