  • Abstract
ABSTRCT: One of the effect of drought stress is decreasing of seed germination percentage, Seedling establishment and decreasing of growing seedling that some of the pretreatment of seeds improve the germination characteristics. For evaluation the effects of priming percentage and rate treatments seed germination in the early stages of Triticale plants grown under drought stress, seed science and technology laboratory tests were performed in Tehran University. Experimentsdesign as factorial with four replications in a randomized complete block.Experiment treatment include of treatments hydropriming treated at temperatures of 10 and 15 ° C for 8 and 16 h, hormonal priming with gibberellic acid and salicylic acid at levels of zero, 25, 50 and 75 ppm at temperatures of 10 and 15 ° C for 12 h and osmopriming treatment with a solution of polyethylene glycol in osmotic potential of the four 8 -, 10 -, 12 -, 14 - and 15 bar and at temperatures of 10 ° Cand 15 ° C and 24 h, respectively. Results showed a significant effect of priming treatments on germination of different seed moisture contents were in critical condition. Among the treatments, seed treatment hydropriming at 10 degrees for 16 hours, treated with gibberellic acid and temperature ppm50 priming at 10 ° C for 12 h and treated with a solution of seed Osmopriming osmotic polyethylene glycol -12 for 24 hours time and a temperature of 10 ° C maximum priming effect in increasing the rate of seed germination.
