Abstract
ABSTRACT : The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between self-esteem of womenand lack of women appointment to senior positions in their organization. Research method is ethnographic and a descriptive in type of causal. The population of the study is all women employed in public organization of Guilan province (Iran). Statistical sample consisted of 30 managers and assistant in the organization. Data collecting is done using interviews and questionnaires. To test the research hypotheses is used Friedman test and Tschuprowʹs coefficient calculated probability of rankings randomness. Analysis of the data shows that women do not refuse to accept responsibility but they are not recommended.
