Analyzing the Relationship between personality type (extrovert-introvert) and organizational citizenship behavior in Shoa e Shargh concrete company

Current study represents the relationship between the personality type (extrovert - introvert) and OCB Shoa e Shargh concrete company. The type of research is correlation-descriptive. The Statistics sample consisted of 70 employees of this company and Data is collected by a combined questionnaire of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Oregon and Kanevsky organizational citizenship behavior Questionnaire. For obtained data analysis of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics due to study type and characteristics of the variables, the Spearman correlation test, independent t-test and unidirectional variance analysis by using the SPSS software) are used.
