Studying the Effect of office Automation on improving the decision making of Tajrish Shohada Hospital managers

This study has been implemented by the purpose of examining the relationship between use of automation systems and improving managers and personnel decision making of Tajrish Shohada Hospital. The current research in term of method is correlation research study. The study population includes all directors and officers of various ranks in hospitals about 110 persons in which 86 people were selected randomly. Data collection tool was a questionnaire made by researcher. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation test, simple regression analysis and stepwise regression analysis) were used. Correlation test results showed that the use of office automation system has a significant positive relationship with manager’s Precision, accuracy, being on time and being economical decision making.
