Corporate entrepreneurship antecedents and performance in agricultural advisory services corporations in west of Iran

ABSTRACT: Recent years have seen considerable work at the interface between business, management, entrepreneurship and strategy and as a result, new research domains have appeared including corporate entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial strategy. The purpose of this article is to understand the effect that corporate entrepreneurship antecedent has on firms performance .Empirical tests are conducted to determine to what extent elements of corporate entrepreneurship antecedent are able to predict performance firms. The main contribution of this article is that external and internal antecedent derived from a corporate entrepreneurship strategy, play a significant role in realizing desired outcomes. In an attempt to test some of those relationships ,we describe an empirical study of 300 people of members agricultural advisory services corporations in west of Iran. Sample were selected by using proportional stratified sampling technique. Coronbach ʹs alpha coefficient for the research instrument were estimated .82.The main contribution of this article is that external and internal antecedent derived from a corporate entrepreneurship strategy, play a significant role in realizing desired outcomes.
