Abstract
This study was conducted to assess the total leucocyte count and differential leucocyte count in pregnant, psedopregnant and non-pregnant bitches with the aim of utilizing the same for early pregnancy diagnosis. Results of the study indicated that there will be significant raise in total leucuocyte and neutrophil count by 42nd day of pregnancy.
