The present research was conducted with the aim of exposition of the relationship between
organizational climate of schools and organizational trust of teachers of high schools in

184 teachers in the first semester of educational year 1391-92 (2012- 2013), of which 109

organizational climate and its dimensions (spirit, hindrance, intimacy, consideration,
aloofness, and production emphasis) have a significant relationship with organizational trust.
It was also found that there is no significant relationship between job involvement and
organizational climate dimensions of spirit, hindrance, intimacy and consideration; however,
