  • Abstract
    Mean water level elevation change in an idealized inlet and connecting bay is addressed, and analytical results of setup and setdown solutions are discussed. Results of setup and setdown computations are provided for a number of non-dimensionalized inlet-bay system parameters, and parameter sensitivity issues are noted.
