Abstract
X-ray crystallographic analysis was performed on a single crystal of 4,7,8,9-tetra-O-acetyl-N-acetyl-2,3-dehydro-2-deoxy-4-epi-neuraminic acid methyl ester. The pyranoid ring adopts the 5H6 conformation.
