Abstract
The studied substance SE7Ac, an additive in herbicide formulations, was submitted to two commonly used methods to assess the mobility of chemical substances in soil. Both methods, adsorption and desorption isotherms as well as soil thin-layer chromatography, showed high immobility of the tested substance in five soils, differing in sorption-controlling properties such as pH-value, clay content, organic matter content, cationic exchange capacity.
