Abstract
Addition of Co to the target material was found to be very effective on the lowering of processing temperature (208C instead
of 3008C) in the excimer laser ablation (ELA) at 308 nm of a solid monomer target of 3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylic
dianhydride (PTCDA) for the preparation of a thin ®lm of a polymer with the polyperinaphthalene (PPN) structure on a
