Specific cutaneous associations in patients with Beckers nevus have been reported. We
present a patient with typical clinical and histopathological features clearly consistent with
Beckerיs nevus associated with ipsilateral breast hypoplasia. The changes were distinct and could
be separated from smooth muscle hamartoma. We include clinical and histological illustrations of
our case.
